2、 Measurement and layout

Based on the terrain, establish laying points and clearly mark the four corners of the geotextile bag laying position to ensure that construction personnel can accurately locate it.

3、 Basic cleaning

Before laying geotextile bags, it is necessary to clean the foundation to prevent debris such as stones, bamboo stakes, fishing nets, etc. from appearing at the laying location, ensuring that the construction site is clean and tidy.

4、 Laying

When laying geotextile bags, a reserved shrinkage amount should be made at the joints of each layer to ensure that the geotextile bags can be tightly connected after filling,. Fix the steel pipe at the bottom relative position of the geotextile bag, and use nylon rope to fix the geotextile bag on the pile foundation to avoid displacement caused by water flow

5、 Filling

A high-pressure pump is used in conjunction with a high-pressure water gun to break down sediment into mud/mortar, which is then transported by a sand pump to a geotextile bag for filling; During the filling process, it is necessary to regularly check the accumulation of mud and sand at the mud outlet, adjust the position of the mud outlet in a timely manner, and manually step back and forth on the top surface of the bag to ensure that the mortar inside the bag is evenly and fully filled, ensuring a smooth filling.
