Unidirectional: Unidirectional geogrids only have the ability to withstand tensile forces in one direction, that is, their main tensile force acts along the length direction of the grid, while the resistance in the vertical direction is relatively small.
High strength: Through the stretching process, the polymer forms a directional linear state, thereby improving the tensile strength and modulus. For example, the yield force per elongation of TGDG200 unidirectional geogrid can reach over 200KN/m, demonstrating strong tensile strength.
Durability: add anti-aging materials such as carbon black to make it have good acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance, and be stable in long-term use.
Low elongation rate: The elongation rate is only 10% to 15% of the original board, ensuring stability in soil.
Good creep resistance: There is little tendency for deformation (creep) under long-term continuous load, which helps to improve the service life of the project.
