（1） Product advantages

       Compared with other geotextiles such as non-woven geotextiles and geogrids, woven geotextiles have four core advantages: first, high cost-effectiveness, easy availability of raw materials, mature production technology, lower cost compared to woven geotextiles, suitable for large-scale engineering applications; Secondly, the outstanding tensile strength and low elongation characteristics can effectively control engineering deformation, and the stability is better than that of ordinary non-woven geotextiles; Thirdly, it is convenient to construct, lightweight, easy to cut and assemble, and does not require complex construction equipment, which can significantly improve construction efficiency; Fourth, it has strong environmental adaptability, anti-aging, acid-base resistance, and microbial resistance. It has a long service life and can play a stable role in various complex environments. At the same time, some woven geotextiles made of natural fibers have the characteristics of environmental protection and degradation, in line with the trend of green building materials.

（2） Construction precautions

       1. When cutting, a specialized geotextile knife (hook knife) should be used to avoid using ordinary cutting tools that may cause edge damage and affect tensile performance; If cutting within the site, protective measures should be taken for other surrounding materials to prevent damage;

       2. When laying, it is necessary to level and tighten it to avoid wrinkles and looseness, and to prevent damage caused by uneven stress in the later stage of the project; At the same time, avoid stones, large amounts of dust and other debris from entering between the geotextile and the base layer, so as not to affect the filtration and reinforcement effect;

       3. Stitching or hot welding can be used for splicing, and the stitching line should be made of materials that are the same as or have better performance than the geotextile material, and have anti ultraviolet and anti chemical corrosion properties. The stitching line and geotextile should have obvious color differences for easy inspection of splicing quality; Horizontal splicing is prohibited on the slope surface (except for repair areas), and splicing must be carried out along the contour of the slope surface;
